My son's doctor recommended a probiotic with specific strands - this one has them. They are very small and round, so very easy for my son to swallow (he started taking them when he was 9).

My kids love these probiotics! They come in tiny little spheres that are really easy to swallow. They have a mild orange flavor that my kids like, and I haven’t had any problems convincing them to take them. They’ve even started asking for them!So far they are responding well to their new probiotic. Their digestion is good and they didn’t experience any gas or bloating when they started to take them. I think it’s helping with their immunity too because we haven’t been sick recently. It has a good mix of strains for digestion, immunity, and overall health.This probiotic is shelf-stable, but we keep ours in the refrigerator anyway. It’s more convenient that way, and it should help the bacteria last longer.I had a question for the company about chewing the probiotic and they were very responsive. They recommend swallowing the tablet whole, as this allows it to get safely past the stomach and release its bacteria slowly. I get my kids to take one tablet each morning, just before their breakfast, with a big glass of water.Overall, I’m very satisfied. Each bottle has a two month supply so they’re good value too. Will buy again!!

Got the kids version to start out slow...they are tiny & easy to swallow. But, they are SO compressed, put one in water to see how they dissolved (would be faster in “gut” juices) and after 2 hours it was a sticky blob still holding it’s original shape! Went to taking one every other day to better digest.

well I have solved my problem of adult probiotics being too much for my systemhave tried many other kinds with severe results….one day I got the idea to try “kids” dose….PERFECT! for me.also cannot swallow large pills(all too large)…these are the tiniest balls and no sweat to swallow…very happy to be “normal”.
