So far I am loving my Back Embrace. I found the package insert instructions to be very self-explanatory. The QR code to the video was an added bonus. I like the customized fit you can achieve with the shoulder straps. The material is durable and I look forward to seeing my posture improve over the next couple weeks and months!

I am an Occupational Therapist who treats many patients with posture issues: rounded shoulders, shoulders that don't align with the ears, tight trapezoid muscles that cause the scapula and the clavicles to be out of alignment.... I typically recommend posture supports to be worn when my patient drives, works on the computer or any activity where they need to use their arms in front of them for more than 30 minutes. This posture support/brace stands apart from others and is much more effective because it offers 2 straps - one that is positioned over the clavicle and one that can be positioned over the shoulder - to provide additional support and pressure so that my patient's muscles are slightly stretched with the goal of restoring normal alignment and posture. The one issue I have with this product is that even though I ordered based on the size/measurements, it runs smaller than expected and I had to order one size larger.If you have shoulder/posture issues, I strongly recommend you consider this posture brace/support versus other options. It is important to only wear it for 1 hour when first using it, then slowly increase the time in increments of 30 minutes or so until you are able to comfortably wear it for the duration you need when you do activities that cause your shoulders to round forward.

Great design. But the two free floating Velcro patches will attach to any part of the brace and mislead the wearer. This 'device' ranks right up there with an IKEA assembly. I'm not embarrassed to say that even after watching the 'how to' video and fumbling around with it for 20 minutes, I could not put it back together. It's also difficult to put on and take off. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Hard to put on, straps have no labels. Material is nice but not 70 nice. Size runs small.

AMAZING Support!I am so pleased with the BackEmbrace posture corrector. It has helped me so much while working from my desk. I don’t feel the shoulder pain I used to get and I’m sitting and standing taller!

As a horseback rider, my posture affects my horse's way of going. Fellow riders understand what I'm saying. Over the years, due to working at a desk as well as our automobiles' bucket seats (which put you into a slouch mode), my posture has gotten worse.I tried a few posture braces over the years, and most of them have velcro in the axillary (armpit) area, which is irritating and downright uncomfortable. Not so with the BackEmbrace. The velcro is around the trunk and, while necessary, is not nearly as noticeable placed where it is.While not the least expensive posture helper, I give it a thumbs up for being Made in America and helping American workers earn a living.Helpful Hint: Don't overdo the initial wearing period. Poor posture develops over many years; be kind to your body, and wear it for short periods of time until your back muscles shorten and your front chest muscles lengthen.
