Q: What size pvc conduit do i need for this?

I tried 4” but it had a little play. Should still work since it’s just for a carrier. Luckily I was able to fit them to my original carrier so I returned the 4”.

Q: My sewer hose holder cap hing broke. How would I install this door without replacing the whole end cap assembly?

The door swivels on two plastic prongs that slides into the bracket itself. You can VERY carefully pull the old door out and insert the new one. This can be done but you need to be very careful (as I said above) or else you will break the prongs off of the new door. They just snap in-make sure you are in a warm environment because it makes the plastic more pliable.

Q: How do you replace with the new cap do cut the old ones off?

When I ordered the endcaps, to replace the ones with the broken hinges, I did not know the original on my camper was basically one solid piece. If I were to cut off the ends on mine the new endcaps would not be able to be connected to the frame where they should. It also makes the tube quite a bit shorter with less storage for your sewer tube. I would check yours before ordering or cutting. Unfortunately the whole new tube with caps is expensive and that is why I tried to replace caps only. I had to return these endcaps and buy the whole tube.
