I really like this product now that I'm used to the fact that it isn't a chewable because that's what I was used to. We get so used to what we get used to don't we? But you just pop it under your tongue and it melts away and then take a swig of water and you're good to go. However bear in mind you can't mess around with the time frame but that you're given after you take it. I'd say 30 minutes max if you want the full potential and I always want the full potential. I've taken melatonin for about at least 7 years I'd say. It was like a miracle for me because I was getting by in 4 hours a night and that is not getting by at all. I only take 3 mg to this day and don't plan to increase it but like I said if you be sure that you're in bed and comfy within those 30 minutes and don't mess around with getting there you'll do okay I think. I also take the time to have a heated vibrator back pad on my back for about 20 minutes now each night. Just started doing that and that makes a difference of just helping your body get ready for getting ready for bed. There you go I highly recommend it and I hope it works as well for you as it does for me

I have used this brand for a long time. I have always been pleased with the quality, this purchase is no exception. I ordered 2 bottle and the use by date is far enough in advance that they don’t expire before I use them.

The 3mg size works well to help get to sleep and stay asleep. I doesn’t always work for me but does work most times.

No idea if it really has Melatonin, but at least taste is inoffensive. Dissolves quickly under the tongue. Edited to correct star rating (defaulted to one star for some reason).

Find this dosage perfect for what I need. 5 mg definitely puts me to sleep but I sometimes feel it’s too much when I wake up. 2 mg just doesn’t put me to sleep.Be sure to let it dissolve under your tongue.
