I use it twice a week to keep my entire head minimally gray. Simply shampoo and condition your hair using a small amount to lather your hair. The amount will depend on how much hair you have. Allow the shampoo conditioner to sit on at least 90 seconds (I let it stay on approx three minutes). Rinse thoroughly and you are done.Expert advice:- when opening the foil under the cap, only create a small hole. Keep it small minimizing the air allowed in to increase longevity. Less air in the longer it lasts. I can usually use the same container for an entire month.- You hair will not change completely the first time you use it. It will take several applications to fully reduce the gray to where you want it.- Once you get to where your happy with the amount of gray, you can reduce the number of times a week you use it. Like I said earlier I only need to do it twice a week.- when you are applying the shampoo conditioner try to avoid getting it on your finger nails and cuticles as it will dye them. Use the palms of your hands to massage it in. If you do get it on your fingers (I do every-time) wash your hands thoroughly. This should remove the dye and your fingers wont look dirty.I love the product and have found nothing better.

I am almost 55 years old. My beard is pretty much completely white (yes, not gray, actually white). My sides are pretty much the same way. The only little bit of my original dark brown hair that is left is on top and that has become less and less as time goes on. I have been using this product on both my hair and beard for a couple years or so now and had great results.I have seen some reviews reporting hair loss. My hair is pretty fine and I have had no hair loss using this product. This is the best alternative out there to traditional hair dyes.Do not expect instant results. It is not meant to work that way. It is a gradual change. When I first started using it, I used it every day until I got to the color I liked. It took around 2 weeks or so I think. Since then I use it 2 to 3 times a week and that's it. A small dab for my hair and a small dab for my beard is all it takes. You do not have to use a large amount. One tube should last you for a while.It does not work as well on very short hair. I keep my sides buzzed and it does darken some, just not as much as the longer hair. So it does look like I have a little gray on the sides, but I do not mind this. It looks much more natural than all my hair just being one solid color from hair dye. And it is not white, it still darkens some.I use this on my beard as well and have from the start. I do not think there is much difference from the Control GX they sell for beards. But as I said, it does not work as well on shorter hair. So if you have a close cropped beard, your results will vary.I do get some darkening of the fingernails, but I just use a fingernail file on them to remove the stains about once every couple months. Not a big deal and small price to pay for the convenience and natural results.So if you are tired of trying cover your gray with traditional hair dye, this product is definitely worth a try. I am very happy that I discovered it and I will never go back to traditional hair dyes. Natural looks, convenience and great cost make this a must have and a great value. Highly recommended.

The product works great, no problems there. It works, does what it says, doesn't smell or burn the skin.However, it's not mixed well in the tube and is very hard to get it to mix. I've used 4-5 tubes of the shampoo and the beard wash each and experienced this every time.The first half of the product is very light brown, almost beige and thick. The second half is pure black and thin as water. Having used regular Just For Men touch of gray products I assume the first half is the activator and the second half is the color.Even shaking this thing until kingdom come won't get the two to mix. I usually end up squirting just a little of the new tube and mixing it with the end of the last tube to achieve somewhat of a proper mixture :/If you're brave, i've had the best luck once it's almost half used to blow into the tube, filling it with air and then having some luck shaking it and getting the product inside to mix.If anyone else has any ideas on how to get this to mix better i'd love to hear it!!

Best value with shampoo and cream rinse. Allows you to maintain the right amount of gray to look natural. Works on my mustache as well. Recommend!

I could see it working after the 5th straight wash day. I am on my second bottle, and I am finally happy with the color. I purchased plastic disposable gloves to keep the dye off my hands and purchased a dye remover disposable towelette 150 count to get the dye off my forehead.

Works well when it is purple as it washes out...but I have had duds.... that DO NOTHING!

This is great stuff to gradually reduce gray hair. It works best of you leave it in for 2 minutes before rinsing. Also have to be patient it doesn’t remove all the gray right away.
