Amazing Amplifier
I am really impressed with the various functionalities and quality of the amplifier. It's very easy to use and has everything I needed. Design is very good. I am so glad that I purchased this dulcet amplifier. This is cost friendly and well worth the money.

Pathetic service by Amazon and Product mfg
Very bad product. Don't buy it. Trying to reach the customer service. Amazon routing me to go to mfg as it's under warrenty even though it's not working properly since we installed. Tried to reach the mfg but their email is not working. Not sure why amazon is continuing this seller ver after such worst service. Beauty is Amazon customer service team is so rude, don't want to listen what customers are saying. Theh are telling their version and disconnecting the chat. Worst service by both Amazon and mfg. Waste of money and time.

Cheap product in one week it left side channel stopped working
The media could not be loaded. Useless product dont buy ull regret it later cheap product in one week it started creating problems hiss sound and left side channel not working. They sent me another product even that left channel not working yesterday bass button not working, thankyou dulcet for your pathetic product

Average to below average product
Writing this review after almost 18 months. After a few months of purchase, volume controls started to produce noise when rotating. When I contacted service centre they asked to courier the product to them, which I thought was sort of a "process" . This is a type of warranty you have to be careful about (they don't tell you beforehand). I applied 1-2 drops of WD-40 and rotated volume control knobs a few times clock-wise and anti clock-wise, which dislodged the dust accumulated in the volume controls. Please don't try this yourself if you don't have any idea about volume controls. After about 15 months one side/channel stopped working. Took it to local technician, who found some burnt components like capacitor etc., and he replaced them., which cost me 500 rupees. Overall it seems to be an average to below average product and not a sturdy one.
