Guess what I was looking for at a reasonable price

I use many of the Pure Encapsulations products. I was introduced to it by my chiropractor and I trust the brand. It is 3rd party independently tested for purity and dosage. I was a bit surprised to find that the selenium has a strong odor (it's stinky), so I called the company and verified that selenium does have a stinky odor due to the natural sulfur in the product. This is normal.

Selenium is a very important supplement. It is an excellent brand. I just do not like the fillers.

Works as it should.

Very good quality supplement.

I am allergic to all they stuff that they mention that they don't put in it. But more importantly I am allergic to most binders. (like gelatin and other cheap ingredients) I became allergic to so many things after a world class doctor at the top orthopedic hospital in the US put a toxic metal in me after telling me it was titanium. Since I thought it was titanium I dint know what was going on just that I was dying, It took me 4 years to get a proper diagnosis after being in a wheel chair after being a dancer. Long story short that is why I am allergic to everything. But pure is the only brand I use .It goes to show you those cheap ingredients harm you but you don't realize it. So I would highly recommend Pure.
