Might suggest (with all due respect to copyright laws) to make blanks or make your own additional spreadsheet pages adequate to your individual needs.

Recently I had family that passed away and thought about my own son when I was gone. I thought how could I make things easier for him to locate all the things he will need in the easiest way possible. I thought about just putting it all in a notebook, but then came across this. It will provide everything he will need in one convenient place that is organized and easy to follow. Not only will it help him, but it also gives me peace of mind knowing that nothing will be overlooked. A perfect solution to an old age concern.

Handy--reminds you of the information your family would need in the event of your incapacitation or death. I need to adapt it and individualize it a bit more.

Is easy to understand and prompted some things I didn't think of. I was getting my dad to fill it out before he moved out of the country and I wanted all the information in one place. This workbook had spaces for nearly every detail I needed

Various types of this are available. Received this one and am pleased with how much important information you can put in. Great to have and use. Keeping this with all your valuable information in one place should give peace of mind to those you’ve instructed as your appointees.

I’m finally getting this all together!!Easier than I thought. It’s exactly what I wanted!!!!Detailed about, but not overwhelming.
