I love them, they really do fire your workout and give your workouts that extra difficulty. They will blast your forearms like crazy. I’ve used them on a push and leg day, by my pull day I couldn’t use them from my forearms being blasted from the two previous workouts. Also, I only use bowflex dumbbells so they do not fit the best on them, they are definitely not made for them. They do work though but you can tell are not made for the select tech so if you have regular circumference handles these things would be perfect.

They are made from really dense, substantial materials but are fairly easy to get on most workout bars (and the grips of various machines).Buy these grips and your forearms will thank you! This thing blasts my forearms. As a person that has lifted for a long time, I have worked at a desk job for an equal amount of time. Forearm growth has been... an issue. I also have a lot of tendonitis in my wrists and constant pain. I have used fat gripz for about 2 weeks now and noticing already I experience less wrist pain during the work day.

Great way to add a fat grip to random things. Bars, D Handles, Pull ups. Some people may be like, why do I need larger grip? It feels different, novel muscle activation and stretches your forearm muscles a little more that often gets ignored, the wrist feels a little more open too, and everyone who uses a computer regularly needs some wrist love. I have relatively small hands for a male and it still works great for me.

I can feel my forearms engaged more during bicep and forearm exercises. I have only used them for back on lat pull downs so far and I can definitely feel more back engagement. Also, I did have to lighten up the weight on some of the movements.

Exactly as advertised. I worked these into some of my dumbell exercises on my pull day and they absolutely torched my forearms. The pump was intense! Definitely best for lifts that already focus on lower/mid weight because your hands are likely to give out long before your back does, and you want to make sure you adequately engage on those heavy sets.I'm very pleased with the performance of the product, customer service, quality, and ease of use. Was a bit skeptical at first but I have to say at the age of 55 this was the best pump I have had in a while. It just hits differently! Highly recommended.
