Easy to learn and Fun to play
My Korean friend taught me how to play this game. He told me that it is so popular in Korea that every Korean plays this game when they get together. It is very interesting and exciting. There are so many rules and possibilities to earn points. This is not just a simple game. You need to use your brain.When I saw the cards for this game, they looked so small. After playing a few times, it felt so comfortable to hold the cards. I understand why they need to be small.My Korean friend told me that this card game is better than what he bought at a Korean market. As soon as I received it, I counted them to make sure the box came with all the cards.It has 48 flower cards plus 5 jokers. I am going to buy more and give them to my family as a Christmas gifts.

Product great, directions lacking
The quality of the cards is excellent. The directions were incomplete. Maybe whoever packaged it accidentally left a page out? The directions I received are on a single page, and it explains the card groupings, the game setup, and the player turns. It lacked any details on how the game ends, any scoring, etc. Because I can get the directions online, I can live with this, but I much prefer to have a complete game and set of instructions together, so I’ll have to print some out and keep it stored with the game. Still, the quality of the cards is nice and the game seems quite fun!

Affordable and instructions were given. Just need to look online to learn more about the game. Haven’t played this in over 30 years!

A fun game for all
I mainly ordered these cards because I've seen it played in many Korean movies and dramas. Also, I'm a decently calculated card player so I thought this game was perfect for me.After opening the deck of cards, I love the way they look and feel. The back has a nice plastic feel , I figured it'd be great to finally buy a deck and teach myself how to play.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and will plan to buy more soon...maybe as stocking gifts for Christmas.

Great plastic hwatu cards
I love these! My parents had an old set that I really loved for the thick plastic durability and I was looking for a set for myself - these cards were almost exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I didn't like about them so much was the watermarks that are on a couple of the cards (maybe like 3 or 4 cards had them, plus the jokers), and the corners are a bit sharp so be careful!
