Has worked great
I have bigger hands but their v tools fit well in them. Quality is very good and the edge out of the box was sharp. Seems to be holding an edge fairly well, only used on basswood so far though. Comes with a protective silicone cap which was a nice value add. Definitely will buy more.

Good hand feel and sharp
Great for wood carving and designs on wood. Very easy to hold, with the suggestion of a cut resistent glove on hand holding the wood.

Needed some slight modifications - Like all carving tools
Working great for me so far. I did need to take some sandpaper to the gloss finish that was used to make it easier to grip. I also needed to relieve the heel of the gouge (the bottom of the V) so that the angle for entering the cut matches the angle of the wings of the gouge. There are a ton of articles and videos on how to do that. It took a couple minutes at most.

Well made tool.
I like the Power Grip handle. I can get a good grip on the little chisel, whether I'm using it in a forward grip, a reverse grip, or a pencil grip. The blade is a single thickness piece of metal about 1.2mm thick, folded to form a "V" shape.

Mikisyo chisels are some of the best for the beginner and for their cost.
As a novice in this world of wood carving I just didn’t know where to begin. I bought so many books and researched online. So without breaking the bank I ordered a few different chisels to try out. Hands down the Mikisyo chisels are by far the best chisels for carving and wood project you wish to take on. The blades are of great quality and they hold their edge for a good amount of time.

good tool
easy to work and stays sharp for longer than I thought it would for a cheap tool. Buy one, you will not be disapointed.

Great ergo tool
Love the feel of this tool. Handle could be a little larger diameter, but the tool cuts great and provides good control
