I’m on 1200 calories a day which is quite difficult so meal replacement really helps to keep up with my goals. I don’t have sweet tooth so I must mixed it with whole lemon as it’s as just too sweet for me. I replace one meal a day either breakfast or lunch, it keeps me full for about 3 - 4 hours. I’ve lost about 800g in one week but I also use Fitnesspal app. I use hand blender, mix it with soya milk and ice cubes (and lemon), drink looks quite nice and appetising. I will purchase again because it suits my current diet.

Got this product to loose a few pounds and for an easy meal as I work night shifts. The banana tastes lovely! Really good quality. Can’t wait to try a new flavour

These drinks seem pretty good- The blueberry flavour does need a bit more blueberry in it. However the texture once blended is pretty thick and nice to drink especially with some fruit added. There's no chemical aftertaste to it,Whilst not the same as a smoothie in a hipster café, it's a nice drink.It does need a hand blender for best results.. It's too early to say if the mixture has resulted in any weight loss.
