This is a pocket backup lights.

Nice hat light. The only complaint I have is sometimes when I strap it to my backpack and put it in my truck the power buttons being on the front cause them to get bumped and turn on. I've had to replace the batteries due to it being on all night in the bed of my truck without me knowing.

Like how bright it is well made very happy with it

This comes with a Phillips screw for the battery compartment. It's really touchy and if you tighten it too much, the light switches won't work properly. This should have come with a thumbscrew, like my other nightstick headlamp.I will use my headlamp for a 12- hour shift- at night. I tend to use it for at least an hour at a time, several hours a night, and my batteries will maybe last 2 days tops. It is very bright on the high setting but I hardly ever use that setting for the reason of battery life. I'm just about ready to return it and see if maybe it's a defective unit.

Very bright and useful light for my job

Awesome light very bright and like the settings, however when attached to my hardhat and walking around it will not stay in position. I work at a remote mine so I'll be taking it home to try and modify to get it to work. The Clip with the 3M adhesive attaches easily and is solid. For the money I didn't think I'd need to modify it.

Works great but a bit on the heavy side. Hopefully you have a decent hard hat.

This is my second Nightstick light. Unlike my other light which uses 3 AA batteries. This one uses 3 AAA batteries. While being very light, it doesn't put out even half of the lumens of my other light. It's almost useless and would not recommend this light to anyone.
