Awesome gloves, however...
If you are a large get xxl.I bought a pair of these and they were very tight. Thought they'd break in so wore them on a couple of hour ride. The stitching went right across a nerve on my left thumb. It's still numb.

Pilot Spec-RS motorcycle gloves
The design and quality are second to none, 5 stars. There is a lot of stitching on these gloves and I found no hanging or loose threads, amazing. The knuckle armor is perfectly located and has a great composite look, fingers fit perfect but the palm is tight putting them on and off. I would go at least one size up from your normal glove size. There is much mass to the gloves which is great for the intended protection purpose.4 stars only because there was no measurement guidelines when determining what size to order.Definitely nice gloves and compliment the other Pilot items I have and will be ordering.Thanks Pilot....

Lots of features, but sizing is a problem
Has Pilot ever had anyone on their staff that actually worked with their hands? In a work/safety glove, I wear an XL. In some Pilot gloves, I take a 3X. For some reason, these gloves in 3X are barely wide enough, but the length is short.Yep, Pilot needs to institute some QC inspections when they receive shipments.

Quality glove, sizing issue are a concern.
Received the gloves today. Ordered a (L). Construction of the gloves is really excellent. I have an issue with the sizing. Must be made using Asian sizing, as a XL might have fit my hands better. Finger length on the L was almost a half inch longer than my fingers. Concerned about the finger length if I oder the XL.The fit is Very Snug, Almost uncomfortable so snug. I sat on the R1, in the riding position, the feel was slightly better. The knuckle guard is large and and snug until you grab your grips. Such a snug fit is a distraction while riding for me. I am going to try and apply leather conditioner to soften the stiff leather and see if that helps relax the fit some for me.If ordering, order up a size if not two sizes.

Good protection but right glove fits larger?
My hands are exactly the same but somehow or for some strange reason, the right glove is larger than the left that fits perfectly well. Weird. Protection is good though.

Very nice
I returned the large pair as I typically like them snug & got xl since the knox pads didn't line up on the large & they were also too short/small. No hassle return & the red & white look better than the black I first got. Most importantly they fit comfortably & feel solid.
