Battery doesn't last very long. It's also stupid and inconvenient. The battery goes in n inside pocket which you have to take it out to turn it on then you have to turn it on some more by using the bright glowing buttons on the outside. (Which seriously? who's bright idea was it to make them just that.... Bright! Distracting when driving in the dark.) Then you have to turn the jacket off and the battery which I forget the stupid battery so then the next time I go to wear it is dead. This year I charged it, went to turn it on and the button feel inside the battery!!! Cheap cheap cheap! The whole reason my daughter bought me this coat is because my body can't shiver anymore and I have large muscle group spasms instead. She doesn't alot on this and now less then a year later and I have to buy another battery?!?! 2 thumbs way down. The concept is great but this coat is now. There are other manufacturers that make these like DeWalt and Milwaukee. They might cost more but maybe they'll last longer then a year😡 I wouldn't gift it. Is be embarrassed when it failed after such short use. I got it on Christmas last year wore it maybe 20 times was all.

I bought another brand and the wire came off the button after one year. This heated jacket seems more durable and has more heated places. She uses the heat on and off for 20 minutes at a time and never ran the battery completely dead. Doesn't take to long 5o recharge neither.

Returned- too large

Medium was small around the hips but large it baggy everywhere else. Contacted sellers customer service first and was eventually (took over a week) referred to amazons return policy, you should expect a wait if you contact them. Jacket itself it good quality, good charging pack (bought an extra on their web site). Warmth produced is good for cold but not cold cold. I cant really feel the warmth without it basically touching. Since the upper area is baggy in order to fit my hips I don't really feel the warmth too much. Better then a sweater just wish it fit better.

The on/off button on the power pack broke on the first day of use.I liked the coat and the warmth generated when it was working so I returned the coat and bought it again.The same on/off button broke on the first use. Terrible engineering design. A toggle may have been more durable but I won't risk buying the same coat again.

My husband bought this jacket for me for Christmas. He ordered a large and i was concerned it might be a little tight, but it fit perfect. This jacket doesn't get super hot, I wouldn't wear it if I were going to be standing out in the cold for long periods of time. But, it keeps me toasty warm in the mornings on my way to work even if I forget to preheat my car. The hand warmer is the absolute best part for me. I love this jacket. It's not exactly light weight tho. If you're expecting a very light weight jacket, this isn't it. This is almost as thick as my actual coat, but that's even better for keeping warm.

Got it for the wife for the cold winter mornings. She loves it so much that she is still using it in spring!

The product delivers as expected. Weight is good. Size was a little smaller than expected. Warmth is great. Battery works well and for long period but plan on adding another battery just for convenience.

Aweful... the jacket style and idea of the pocket warmer where you can pit your hands in is awesome and les me to buy this but the jacket hardly got warm at all! If your bare hands were in the pocket it would be slightly warm... definitely not enough to warm them on a winter day tho for sure. The elements in the rest of the jacket I can feel slight warmth in the tiny spot where the element is if I press my bare hand on it (which I did cause I just figured it wasn't working at all) but wearing it you literally feel nothing if you're wearing a shirt, which in the winter or any other time I assume you would be... so disappointing.. I was really exciting about this after seeing all the reviews

For starters, it fit a little bigger than what I would normally pick, BUT with a hoodie underneath it was fine. I usually would buy a medium, but I don’t regret the large. The sleeves are quite long. BUT this jacket was my saving grace while working nightshift. I’m outside a lot while working and being on nightshift, it gets quite chilly in the middle of the night and this jacket saved me. I felt so warm and toasty all night long. I love having the heated pockets for my poor freezing fingers. The jacket never took long to warm up and lasted for hours.

Works as advertised. Arrived on time.Good build quality .Battery a bit heavy. Haven’t used enough to comment on battery durability.One large downside.Sleeves, arms can get really cold.Wear long sleeves.updatewife loves it , has worn it constantly since purchasedsomeone else mentioned the lights on chest. They do get attn. everyone asks why they glow .A LOT of people are not aware of heated clothing.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and I was really disappointed with how uneven the heat is when she wore it. it does not distribute throughout the jacket and it scorching hot in the pockets. Disappointing

I love. Love this so much. My favorite part is the heated pockets. Worn in -14°C so far and works really well. I'm excited to see how it fairs in Feb with -40°C. I wonder if I can get heated pants...
