Switch makes lot of crackle sound
The media could not be loaded. This is Made in Mexico not in USA. There was no clear info available about country of origin and if any Warranty is available in India.Despite being Brand name Fender, the switch I received is not of that great quality. It makes a lot of crackle sound thru Amplifier when it’s turned quickly, which is what you sometimes need to do.Check this video. Ignore the mechanical sound, that’s normal. Hear the crackle that comes from the amp when the switch quickly changes position.Tried a few solutions like cleaning with contact cleaner, removing static charge etc but nothing worked. Switch appears faulty to me.
