This product rates a 3 only because when I received it the package had been opened. It contained an embroidery hoop and instructions. No floss, needles, or fabric pattern to sew on. I notified Amazon and they sent a replacement kit right away. The second kit contains all the things the first should have. I am happily stitching away. I do need to add that this is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with something I have ordered through Amazon and I have been a customer for over 20 years. I applaud the quick response and resolution to my problem. 2 thumbs up!!

The instructions are in Chinese, which I wish would have been made clear in the description. I am a new embroiderer and will not be able to complete this project without instructions.
