Hi brought this as I needed a phone for my salon. We have had an older model before which was great but after 6 years the base of the phone was playing up, not charging the phone near the end. So we upgraded to a newer model. Very disappointed, you can hardly hear the call even with the loud button on. We have just gone past our return date. If someone can contact me for a return I would appreciate it.
