Good Product but for the Price you Should get "More Product"
I've been using this Alpiste Milk product brand (no other brand to compare it to) since September 2013 with good results.It has helped me achieve better readings with my blood sugars especially in the mornings.I drink it twice a day, once in the morning and at night as suggested. Since I'm on insulin I don't consume a full glass of the milk.I am experiencing good energy, concentration and alertness. It does make you goto the restroom more often however. I have lost about 4 lbs since starting.The mix with the cinnamon helps give it a little flavor in what little taste there is. So, I am guessingwithout the cinnamon there's nothing for your taste buds to enjoy.Last thing about this particular brand; for the price the quantity should be doubled or a least a third more in my opinion. However, I do note that the preparation time is a lot less than the raw seed preparation I've seen online. So, I guess that would make up the cost difference.

My friend told me about this product for weight loss purposes. I'm not do sure about that, however if you are having trouble pooping this is your answer. I was taking laxatives and stool softeners all the time and still wasn't "regular". This stuff is great. No cramping.

NOT "100% pure" alpiste powder
Heads-up: this alpiste powder is NOT pure, but rather mixed with cinnamon, anise, and dextrose. You wouldn't know this by reading the misleading information on the Amazon page itself -- you have to click on the photo of the back of the package and read the fine print on the ingredients list. Also doesn't mix as well as other pure alpiste powders. I returned my full order.

my husband uses this as a natural remedy for high blood pressure. He was very happy with it. It also arrived sooner than expected. I am ordering more today

What does ''natural'' mean?
Too Grainy. No information if this was cleansed from those little 'tiny' fibers that are a health hazard and cause cancer.

This product really helps to reduce the glucose levels in the blood.I purchased for my son which is diabetic. It is advisable that before you take it, consult with your doctor.
