Don't bother
Ordered this for a project for my son at schoolDelivered, built following the instructions but the motherboard was faulty and wouldn't move one of the axis. Ordered a 2nd one to replace this one while waiting for the return to Amazon. The 2nd one turned up missing the extruder so also returned. Self levling didn't work as it should, nozzle blocked constantlyWaste of money, dont bother!

A shame.
Ok this was a disaster from the start the kit was missing the two lead screws nuts and I had to contact the seller to get them, I find myself pretty capable putting things together, usually. but no matter how hard I tried I could not get this machine to work. Either the heat bed will not move along its axis or the printhead arm i cannot get level I took my time I'm and try to make sure everything was square and true and is tightened up adequately but no matter how straight I put this machine I go through the test and it is out of Square after every testing and nothing I do do seems to fix that problem very disappointed.

mk1
all the ones now for sale are mk2 i think, the up dated versions.i boughgt this off here for a bargin price 100 poundonly 4 stars cos the x axis carriage is acrylic and it breaks alot, mk2s have metal x carriage pxmallion have learned from the mk1.but what a machine, building it was 96% joy like being a kid again this is the 2 of 4 printers i have and the easiest build by far.leveling the bed is spot on with auto bed leveling,i did a extruder calibration and it was knocking out stuff like my brothers pimped up ender.its my go to printer if it fits in the volume. for the last month i have been trying to justify buying another one and i will buy one. ive never thought like that abought my other printers thats how highly i think of this printer.

REALLY excellent printer for the price.
I literally went from opening the box to printing my first design within an evening. Not printing perfectly at first, but dialling in and adjustments are showing rapid improvementsWhilst the English in the instructions is a bit odd in a couple of places, the instruction manual is still really stunning. It does a really good job of helping you through and highlighting gotchas where you might be about to put something in the wrong way round or need to adjust later. Saved me on a number of occasions.Slight odd thing is there isn't an SD card slot on the control box, you can see marks on the circuit board where one ought to be, but there isn't one there.Additional: Top notch customer service. A part broke on this printer within about a week of getting it, Pxmalion Fedexed me a replacement part almost immediately as well as e-mailing me an STL file to print my own, whilst keeping me well informed as the process went through with e-mails almost every day.

Not for anyone except experts.
While I can not fault the customer service this machine is impossible to us unless you were involved in it's design. Faulty broken bits that had to be somehow reprinted and lots of problems. Customer service did all they could to help but we had to admit defeat and choose another model in the end. 5 stars for customer service.
