Replaced OEM perfectly.
Replaced a similar battery holder perfectly. Appears sturdier than original. Wires are approximately sized by gage and length. Should last a long time in my application. Inexpensive too.

Durable enough for kids to mess with
I bought these for a project, that didn't work out. I can't fault the devices, they functioned as they were intended. My children have even gotten into these and played with them, and they still function as intended.

no on/off switch
I don't see the point of these things unless there's an on/off switch. You can get it to work by futzing with the batteries, but it's a serious design flaw not to have the switch. I gave it a 3-star rating because to their credit it didn't say that it had an on/off switch.
