Great little continuity tester that gives a voltage reading
Ordered this because I was after a continuity tester which you could look at a glance to see what the voltage is, ie 12v, 24v, 230v etc, but also know exactly what voltage is being read. This is great because it has both the lights and the LCD display. The torch has come in handier than I thought it would and the hold feature is really useful when you can't see the display at the time of taking the reading.The build quality is ok. It could feel a bit more solid, but for the things I'm using it for just doing DIY it's perfectly adequate. The plastic tips that limit the contact of the poles can be easy to lose and don't fit perfectly, but this is a very minor problem. Overall for the price and features this is a great tool to have around the house.

Extremely good value for money. For a tester that does all of what this does you are talking 3 times the money and build quality is the best i have seen.

Does the job but no off button
No off button for it and within a week or so the battery is finished and it needs replacing

Worked for a bit and despite new batteries and the screen lighting up there is nothing showing. Useless.
