Great gift for my husband!
The clock is great! My husband loves it a lot. I wish they would ship it with packing in a BOX. I had to return the first one and reorder because it was only shipped in a thin bag, causing the face on the clock to get cracked. It does take about 3 to 4 weeks to get your order.

Never got birds to sing.
Carefully followed directions, but birdsong never happened.

Need Screwdriver to re & re batteries
Product replaces a model which worked for (30) years. Hoping we get at least 10 from this clock

Arrived in poor condition
The package was damaged on delivery. The face of the clock was cracked and the screw that you have to remove to put the batteries in for the soundbox was stripped. Very disappointed!!!

Cracked clock face
Packaging did not protect the item. Arrived cracked. The bird sounds are not as loud as other bird clocks I have.

important to set up right
My friend loved the clock as did I when i received it as a gift - blackbird song is amazing and so uplifting at 8 a.m and p.m. However do pay attention as to how you set it up at the beginning so you get the right bird song according to the picture, AND that it's set right so it automatically stops the birdsong between 9 pm and 6 am. I had no prob with this but my friend still hasn't worked out how to re-adjust it yet.

I still startle every time I hear a woodpecker in my kitchen, but yes, I love this clock.

The clock is somewhat loud and some birds are just annoying to listen to
I wish there were softer sounding birds. The owl at 6 am is a bit much.
