Fast dispatch, good processor with low spec MB, CASE, HDD and Cooler
I ordered this and also i7-8700 from the same company. I have been working as a project manager of an IT maintenance service company since 2009 and have been supplying repair/maintenance services to companies in London.I have found some pros and cons on these products/purchase and I hope it helps buyers when purchasing the item.Pros.1. Fast dispatch2. Computer itself is very fast. Genuine i9-9900k processor. I really needed an i9-9900k processor and almost all sellers were selling the processor itself for approx. 600GBP when I purchased this PC (16GB ram / No OS option) So, I thought that paying 909GBP would be not bad. It was just 300 GBP extra to get a complete i9-9900k PC. I will mention about the motherboard issue below but even with the issues, still it was much faster than i7-8700 with same memory and same liquid cooler that I have installed on.3. I do not play games. So, for me, having just the integrated graphic for lower price was completely ok.Cons.1. MB Problem : The MB cannot handle the processor fully. The motherboard came together with this item was Z370 board and I was expecting A390 board. And this is why I thought the price was not bad. Actually I did not know that updated Z370 board can support i9 processor. So, I simply assumed that even the cheapest Z390 board would do the job. But it was a Z370 board which was also used in i7-8700 model sold by the same company. This board has only two memory slots. So, maximum memory you can go is up to 32GB if you do not upgrade the motherboard.2. CASE PROBLEM : I have an external hard drive (2.5", IODD case with 320GB samsung hard drive to be used as a virtual ODDs). I have never had any power problem on this device with any other desktops' front USB port. But with this case and another one which came with i7-8700 from the same company, my external 2.5" hard drive does not work due to the low power issue. It is caused by the low quality cables between the Front USB port and the motherboard. The front USB ports and the cables connected to these are part of the case, therefore, the problem belongs to the case quality. The front USB ports should be connected with better grade cables to deliver higher amount of current. I believe that the cases are custom branded and the brand owner should be aware of that problem and make some improvement on the next batch order.3. PSU problem. In my case, I received 750W PSU with it(i9-9900k desktop) but it seems like it was very low quality. My power blown up within just 2 weeks. As I said, I do not play games. So, the problem is never been caused by exceeding the power rating at all. Only thing that I added was the ram (from 16GB to 32GB). The rest of the parts were exactly same as how it came. But better to be not functioning rather than causing a fire hazard.4. Just one day after the purchase, the price dropped by 50 GBP even before the item was marked as dispatched. So, I contacted the seller to get some partial refund rather than request the order cancellation and buy the same again. But did not get the partial refund eventually. And I just needed to use the PC quickly, so, gave up chasing up the partial refund.5. The hard drive is a traditional hard drive and it is such slow especially for this type of high spec PC. I experienced huge bottle-neck effect solely coming from the hard drive. Memory and Processor usage was being less than 35% / 5% respectively but my PC was such slow and I found that the hard drive usage was 100% for looooong time. So, I had to pay for the PSU by myself (Corsair 450w is enough for my use), upgraded the motherboard to TAICHI for better performance (overall 7 - 8% higher overall clock speed, it was between 4.3-4.8GHz before changing the motherboard and it is now minimum 4.6GHz), put 64GB RAM (and had to remove the ones came with this PC, wasted too much of money on the memory).Overall, as a workstation for office use, I believe this will be more than sufficient. It will exceed the expectation. The processing power of my old PC was approx. 35 based on my way of calculation and this one shows 250 based on the same equation (while 8700 shows 160). So, it is definitely worth the money if you do not play games but require super fast PC for your general work. Also, it is super powerful if you run VMs with Hyper V on Windows 10 Pro. But due to the several issues that mentioned about, I would like to give 3 stars only.

Cheap parts, unreliable
Sadly cheap parts that cant handle speed or processing power. customer service is poor and unreliable. memory chips were missing and we paid £60 to buy them again, then the cheap cooler went faulty and still waiting for replacement after 4 months

You know what a good machine for the price
I spent hours and hours looking to change and upgrade my gaming machine and I settled on this one, sub 1000 for the I9 processor and plenty of oomph for your money. First think I noticed was that the case itself is heavy duty and I mean heavy duty, I don't think I could hear the wife from inside if she was screaming at me, its that good at sound deafening.Booted up really fast, windows 10 pre installed and plenty of ram, power and kick. Nice overall and plenty good enough unless your seriously into gaming and want to drop 2k your going to struggle to find better

brilliant and very powerful
I needed as good as a computer as I could get for my money. I wanted as much power, ram and hard drive as I could get. I was less interested in lots of flashy lights, and I dont do games. This PC is near silent and boots up in a few seconds. Its as quick as you can get and handles lots of programs running at the same time. I use Office and Adobe Photoshop which requires plenty of resources. The speed at which it opens up programs means its not a big issue to close them and reopen as required, but its equally happy to have several applications open at the same time.Been using it for a while now and no problems at all. It just works!
