This is a decent weight belt for the price and, for me, it does the job....for more serious lifting, perhaps a more serious belt? I ordered an Xlarge at it was way to big for my 34 inch waist...a large is better.

not what I expected
This belt is very soft - I hoped it was stiffer, like the Valeo II. I regret the buy, but sending it back is to expensive considering the cost of the belt. Too bad. Luckily I think I have found what I'm looking for - and they offer free shipping,as well as free return, if wished!!!!!!!
