Got this a few months ago and waited to use this a bit before leaving a review. So far every led I've grabbed out of the box has worked with no DOA leds.I did not see this listed, so not sure every kit get this, but mine came with a fairly nice assortment of resistors. While I usually stock resistors, this was a nice add-on and one I feel a lot of people will appreciate. So ask if it's included.From my experience with this, I would recommend and will buy again when I need led's of this size again.... when/if I ever run out of them...

I dug out a Star Trek model I'd begun twenty-odd years ago and wanted to upgrade the lighting it came with. The 3mm diodes are a perfect size and are more than bright enough. My only gripe would be that they're clear and unable to tell apart unless they're functioning. You certainly get plenty for the price, nicely arranged in a plastic box, and they even threw in a pack of resistors for current limiters.

Lots of LEDs at a cheap price, and they are bright! I used these to make Christmas ornaments. The LEDs were driven by 556 timers. I actually had to throttle down the current to make the less blinding. Good products.

They have been working as described and haven’t had any problems using these for burnt out bulbs

Just the thing for an experimenter, Just be sure that you don't spill the LEDs out of the box as they all LOOK the same. Be careful.

Used these to make “bristle bots”. They work perfectly. The colors were bright and well defined.
