Easy to use. Worked very well at getting my very wild and hairy wirehaired dachshunds looking smart. Easily removed the old coat leaving behind the sleek and smooth undercoat, so the dogs will be more comfortable as the weather gets warmer.

Very light weight

If used carefully this can be used to strip the coat but it's not actually a stripping knife. The product description is 'stripping knife' but the instructions describe cutting the hair (see pic). It does work as a stripping knife but you have to be careful of the angle you use it at. Would not be good for left handers as the handle is hollowed out, but did a nice job on my border terrier.

It stated that it can be for both left handed and right handed. I am left handed and cannot use it with my left hand.

Easy to use. Unlike the red one the handle isn’t bulky and it does a great job of stripping the ears on my Springer. Leaves a smooth finish

Didn’t work as well as a fine metal comb that I’ve had for ages.

Uns wurde für unseren Zwergpudel empfohlen die Unterwolle zu entfernen, da er doch ziemlich unter der aktuellen Hitze zu leiden hat. Eigentlich dachte ich, dass Pudel das gar nicht haben...Nachdem ich das Messer benutzt habe, muss ich sagen, da ist ne ganze Menge Wolle drin! Es ist natürlich nicht unbedingt angenehm für den Hund. Man muss die Klinge flach zum Körper ansetzen und sich wirklich cm für cm vorarbeiten. Aber das Ergebnis lohnt sich! Klare Kaufempfehlung

L’impugnatura ricurva e gommata facilita il lavoro. Lama molto affilata che taglia il pelo (e questo non va bene)
