This tire is for those cyclists who are looking to expand their cycling boundaries, including roads that may not be suited for normal road tires. The GravelKing 'Slick' tire solves that problem. The tire comes in four different widths to suit a lot more terrains. Natural rubber compound, puncture protection breaker and a special low rolling resistance casing make the GravelKing a go-anywhere tire and a great option for the city as well. This compound has the same low rolling resistance as the premium compound. Its enhanced wear resistance makes it perfect for a long lasting training tire with an excellent ride. AX technology uses extremely narrow cord which is weaved at a super high density into the casing for lightness and flexibility. This increased density improves resistance to cuts and abrasions. Anti-puncture reinforcement throughout the tire strengthens resistance to cuts and pinch flats. Made in Japan

love but missing my SKs
gravel kings have a hard core fan base for good reason. so i picked up 700x38c in this and love love love the ivory white/tan sidewall color, although it's a bit too classic for the bike/rims i'm mounting them on. i want to reinforce Panaracer offering colored tires since it's been forever that any manufacturer offered them in a well established model. did you see the green and blue? anyway, i have been in love with this tire brand since the 90s when the Dart and Smoke were on my racing MTB. also have the SK's and SHikoros, both of which have grown on me the longer i ride them. these have a tiny directional arrow to help place them and the label has crinkle protective tape on it.after almost 250 miles, i'd have to say i love how fast they roll, corner, and accelerate. but, i miss the SK model, with side knobs, for cornering grip in the sand deposits i encounter during commutes. don't get me wrong, these slicks handle it fine, but i ride too aggressive for a slick in thick muck. and i thought i'd love how much faster these are, but the added confidence of the SKs on all surfaces is what i miss so i find myself holding back a bit. have taken the on dry trails and they're fine, not so much over deep mudded ruts and forget roots. but these do very well in the rain, very well, better than the SKs. the other difference is the SKs are 40mm and i picked these up in a 38, so they are a bit squirmier than what this bike had on them the last 2 years. am considering either getting the blue or green and tan or swapping my old SKs in 40mm (discontinued size), though am not sure they'll fit my my new slightly wider rims. am going to give these a few more weeks before i'm sure, but after 2 months, i find the extra speed is not enough to make up for less comfort in the wider lugged SK. but will update if my opinion sways. what i have learned about these Panaracers, they really grow on you the more you ride them.

Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto

Great tires
Very happy with these. Fast rolling and (so far) resistant to punctures.
