This watch phone is a regular cell phone with build in speakers and mics so you can directly call and answer call with this watch, thank you

Q: What charger does it use

It's a regular charger for cell phone. But, it didn't have a base end to charge it with. You can use your cellphone charger in. The phone is fine for the cost. I haven't had a problem from it. I switch my sim back and forth. Especially if I'm in the gym. It works perfect for me.

Q: How do you set up your cell phone watch to get a phone number .

Hi friend, don't need to setup, just insert a standard size GSM sim card(In USA, AT&T, T mobile is ok, but Verizon or Sprint is NOT ok, they are CDMA, better to call carriers to verify if they are GSM network), then this watch cell phone can be used as a regular cell phone, don't need to setup.
