Not for rehab
This sucker is definitely not for rehabilitation. My wrist was severely atrophied and this think wouldn't budge and was even quite painful as my wrist and arm were extra sensitive. I would give 0 stars if possible.

3 months progress working with this product
3 months i have used this product 3 days a week and my forearms have gained like 1/3 in size! personally forearms have been the hardest muscles to build but combining this with lifting weights made my arms pretty damn big lol now my goal is to make em huge muahaha!.. Thanks alot Altus :)
