The service by this seller/company was impeccable. They proactively contacted me when my order was placed and the technician came on the day it was promised. He was very well versed with the process and did the entire installation in <20 mins. Also the bike is pretty compact and doesn't take too much space.The bike works fine and is actually a tough ride. The quality is far superior to what i have seen with other home cycle and it is very sturdy. My mother who is on the heavier side was able to get on and get off the bike easily and the bike never wobbled or felt unsafe. The settings are simple and meet the need of a home exercise equipment.Riding the bike is tough and it actually creates good resistance due to the air mechanism wheel. I find it difficult to ride it for more than 5 mins at a stretch and it tests you a good deal. I feel this is a good point and will help improve the fitness faster.Overall a very good buy and i highly recommend it.

The product is really good and sturdy. Pretty useful for all those people who want to burn calories at the comfort of their home. 30 mins of everyday cyclying will bring in good results. Please note that this product doesn't have handle bar movements but only pedalling.However, I found the installation really tough and time consuming. If you don't find spending 750 bucks more please get it installed by the fitkit executive.On the whole, a worthy product for the price at which it is sold.

The product, its mechanics, and quality are beyond comparison and I don't think there is any other product in amazon which deserves its own special "six-star" rating than this. The product is so great that I allowed the packed box containing the product to sit at my house collecting dust at my house for 2 weeks, while I was busy trying to figure out whether this product was original or not. The after-sales support given by the company was so brilliant and breathtaking that I had to return the product after two weeks of constant calls to the seller and company both refusing to acknowledge each other! All in all, must buy!

I am reviewing it the first day! less nuts & bolts received that were required for installation. i had to buy them separately.I was told by customer care that i will be sent a installation video, i did not get the same.The performance is smooth on the first day, makes very low noise.Improvement areas - better seat & back support.- Better quality meter- Better handle cushion (these really do need to be better considering this is going to be one of the most used part)

I did research and finally bought this...its superb at this price..I got call from customer care for its installation..before product got delivered to me...and she told me whenever u get it..pls give us a call we will send someone to install...so on receiving I called her...she said it will take 4 to 5 days...later a person came on 5th day of making a request...but believe me guys I did installation on my on...same day o recieved it..with help of YouTube...it was so easy and I enjoyed doing so...Plz go for this product u can blindly trust...its really good

Good product.Resistant band along the wheel doesn't seems durable as I find wear and tear in just three weeks.Seat is not as comfortable.But, with the budget is good buy.Only if we could get an extra resistant belt, that could have been better, or can be demanded on extra charges.

I simply loved this , i bought this for my loved ones as a diwali gift and they are very happy to got this. And special thanks to Abhishek gupta who helped us out to install machine in a call very efficiently and professionally. You might think its a paid review as i am quoting the name of a person, but absolutely not i just thought to give the credit to the person who did his job well.Best part was Rs 300 was credited to us as the installation was done by myself with the help of abhishek gupta.Anyways , about the product its quite sturdy look is good, backseat is there for support.But the seat is quite uncomfortable if you will use it for long time. Else its awesome and a paisa wasool product offcourse at this price.
