I Was able to get it quickly and at a great cost. Met my expectations. I am willing to purchase form them again.

Great practise guide for the service architect and ICT practitioner in enterprise services management engagements. ITIL being the de-facto service manageemnt framework for ICT service management requires practitioners to understand and apply the methods. This guide contextualies terminology and best practises.

The book you need for the test.

For those that spend most of their time in the operational or transition stages, this is a very good resource to learn how service design should be performed..prior to OSA and RCV.

You don't have a lot of choice if you're purchasing an ITIL course book. This book could use more relevant examples of how practices or techniques are applied in the IT world. Yes, a utility company is a good example of explaining what "utility" and "warranty" mean but a better example would be something actually IT related since this is an IT best practice book. How about AWS, Microsoft Azure, SAP, Microsoft Exchange or any of the literally thousands of examples. Thank God our instructor had actual work experience in IT because that enabled him to explain the material better (thanks Butch!).

Highly recommend this way of purchasing. Can’t beat it

Cet ouvrage décrit les bonnes pratiques de la phase de conception du cycle de vie des services.Il détaille notamment les 8 processus de la conception de service.

Perfekt für die Suche und um interessante Stellen zu kopieren. Die Grafiken könnten allerdings besser aufbereitet werden (Formatänderung auf Querformat bei Zoom sollte schon Standard sein)

Amazon seem to have screwed up the reviews on this item. The paperback int he tiny key element guide but the Kindle version is the full service delivery book at the same price. TSO have admitted there are problems and are trying to fix them now. In the meantime grab this while it's about 10% of the usual price!
