after buying multiple mops from amazon and returning because of one or the other issue, found this to be a good product, the quality of plastic and spin basket is good, the rod is a good steel one, but I prefer the aluminium kind as this is pretty heavy to press down to wash.The mop head does not spin/rotate and hence u need to keep changing the mop rod(straight while rinsing and tilted while mopping), the telescopic movement is very easy and if you lock it while mopping you have to open lock while spinning in the basket. As I thought the mop will be perfect as it looks did not return this one too, but now am stuck with it as I paid an exhorbitant price for an Ok product.

Wheels missing.
Easily PortableThe wheels attached to the base makes the bucket mobile. The quality handle on the brim enables you to carry the bucket when needed.This is what mentioned in the features of the mop. But the mop I received did not have wheels. The slot meant for wheels was found empty. Kindly send me the wheels.

Product requires improvisation as per listed features.
The product features contain wheels at base which it did not have. The 2 handle extendable rod still falls short and we could not locate a solution dispenser. The product quality is good but not that great. A large bucket of 10 ltr size is useful, however, the weight of the product without a side handle and wheels cannot be drawn along and instead lifting it becomes cumbersome.

bought this product on 02 november 2018 for 1275 after discount.this is a GENERIC CHINESE made product. not branded.Description is misleadingThere is no wheels [no big deal for me]No solution dsipenser or place to keep itmop fibre is synthetic. product looks good. rod quality seems to be good. plastic seems to be fine.shall add more details after few months

Dissatisfied with product.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Broken when unpacked, mop not functioning properly. Gets dismantled automatically. No wheels provided. Were out of town, couldn't even place the request for return. Checked product after coming from break.

Good product but need improvement
I am already used so many products but this one is good.. But seller told few lies that's not good for selling.. They told solution dispenser in bucket but its not available.. pulling handle and wheels also.. One more thing is other mop refill is not suitable for this one... and seller told mop rod is not available separate...
