Didn’t work
I tried these supplements out for a month and even increased to 3 per night per my naturopath’s direction. They didn’t reduce my anxiety or help with my sleep. I wouldn’t purchase again.

This item has inaccurate dosage description
The description of the product leads you to believe that it is 2000mg caplets when in fact, you have to take 4 caplets to take 2000mg.

Be Careful Misleading Label
This leads you to believe that it is 2,000 mg, but they capsules are only 500 mg, you have to take four to get 2,000mg. I almost fell for it.

Better Sleep
This product was recommended to me by my acupuncturist, since I am unable to use Melatonin and other sleep products on the market. It works great with no after affects. I get much better sleep.
