I bought it as an additional splitter to a manufacturer one I have. I tested it on 4 iPhones and 2 iPads. In all cases I had no problem with charging or using my headset. The design appears durable.HOWEVER... Out of six devices with six different types of cases, it BARELY fit ONE case. I had two friends try on four more cases... NONE worked. The plug is too fat. So my suggestion is buy it if you don’t use cases, and don’t bother if you do...too great of a risk it won’t work with your case. Being forced to take my case off to use this is not acceptable. I don’t do it with my power cords. And I don’t do it with the splitter from the manufacturer. I’m glad I didn’t spend any more money on it.

Bought it for Christmas present and it quit working after a few days! Says I can't return because I'm 5 days past 30 days! Don't waste your money!!!

Cable did work BUT it gave so much feedback noise through the speakers on my car that it made it impossible to use.

A substitute item was shipped to me instead of what was ordered. It is a similar concept, but the design is different and the connector to the phone does not work with a case is used for the phone. To top it off, the item is apparently not returnable, which means it was a complete waste of money.

I received some tiny little thing that barely works. Hooked it up and started to charge then just stopped. Might be the fact I have a case in my phone but that should not be an issue. Who doesn’t have a case on their phones these days. Can’t return it so it is a waste now. Wish I would have gotten what was shown because it may have actually worked better.

I’m giving this product all one stars. After using for two weeks this product refuses to work with my phone. I can’t seem to return it.

Don't waste your time it works for a few days not even a week. I've bought two.

Stopped working after a week. Absolutely pissed off because this is a product not even worth returning. I just ordered a different one from another company. I hope the company that makes this product goes under.
