This broke within 10 minutes of us trying to use it. Once fully charged, we turned it on and tried it out, but within minutes screen displayed nothing but a small line. Waited a few days, charged it again, same issue...worked for a few minutes, then display jammed.

This device has great sound quality and from a far distance. However the actual device itself won’t stay in the watch band. Also the time doesn’t show unless you push the button which can disrupt recording. It’s definitely worth the price for the recording value.

Can’t figure out how it works (for me), too bulky and hard to close around my wrist. I intended to return but I think I lost it!

The product work, I'm assuming. BUT IT ONLY TURNS ON. When you connect it to a computer, it doesn't show up. Even if you go to my computer and access your removable disk, ITS STILL NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. So all I know is it turns on.

Terrible item. The instructions were written in such a miniscule manner they were impossible to read. The buttons were also tiny and they sometimes could be pushed and other times they couldn't. Poorly made; impossible to understand; useless.

The recorder pops out of the band too easily. It’s sitting unused. Total waste
