Being a working professional we have to wear for full day, we can't even remove shoes for few minutes. I purchased this silicon gel heel pad after doctors recommendation and it really works!!👣 It has a cooling silicon gel which keeps my feel cool, no longer heat generation from feet now.👣 I can now wear shoes easily for longer duration.👣 It helps in reducing heel pain as it has little cushion which helps in relaxing feet.👣 My shoe size is 8 and it fits perfectly. Also it can eas6fits in size from 7 to 9 so don't worry about the size.👣 It also helps in reducing bad smells from feet.Overall it's a very good product. PROS:I had recently ordered the panzl silicone gel cushion sole for my mother....-this is such a good product feels really soft and cushiony.- It is extremely comfortable .-I was actually skeptical at first about the comfortablity but trust me it's really comfortable.CONS: its a bit worn out a little quick....otherwise the product is worth trying 😊👍🏻

Bought for my mom as she had been complaining for a long time. Works well. Needs to be washed regularly. Doesn't lose its glue after washing.

I have severe pain from 1 year in my heel. But with this silicon in my shoes did not gave even 1% relief.Its waste . You can better buy MCR chappals for beel pain. You will feel good when you walk
