From All of Us to All of You: Disney Christmas Card, The (Disney Editions Deluxe)

Wonderful representation of a collection I am fortunate to have in my possession!

Bought this for my dad for Christmas as him and I are avid Disney history fans. He didn't even know this book existed and was thrilled when he opened it! It was exactly as described in used condition and had every card insert included.

This is a book I have been waiting years for, and it does not disappoint. It faithfully takes the reader through the history of the annual Disney Christmas card with lavish artwork of the cards themselves. The chronological order also serves as a mini history of the Disney studio and shows the evolving art styles of the Twentieth Century as reflected in the cards. An added bonus is the miniature reproductions of many of the actual cards.

I have been watching this book for quite a while, waiting for the price to drop. Well, it did, so I ordered it and it arrived shortly thereafter. This is one of very few books which has so enchanted me as soon as I took it out of the box that I dropped everything to go through it all in detail immediately. This is a phenomenal voyage into Disney nostalgia, with bios of the artists interspersed among the year-by-year presentation on cards. I have not opened the sealed envelopes containing the actual cards, but instead decided I will open one of these cards each Christmas for the next several years. Since I have not been able to visit Disney World since February 2020 due to the pandemic, I really appreciate this wonderful book to satisfy my longing for the art and the characters.

This is an amazing book about the Christmas cards that Disney has sent out through the years. There are company cards and cards used by the Disney family. Included are actual reproductions of the cards in envelopes on the pages of the book. A real collectors item for the Disney fan.

This was a must have book for me the moment I saw it listed. The history of Disney releases are chronicled through the yearly Christmas cards Walt sent out. I have only seen a few of these in person so it was a joy to find them gathered in one place. Beautiful colors and text. I think anyone would enjoy this fun bit of nostalgia thru the years.

When they invented coffee-table books, they must have been thinking of this one. It is gorgeous whether or not you read the text. Disney Christmas cards are an art of their own. Jeff Kurrti has brought that art to life. Readers will learn how these beautiful cards were created, about the artists who created them, and about the significant events each year that inspired them. Leave it on your coffee table. It will be impossible not to pick it up.

It requires a little too much care when handling to avoid a tear in the binding. But use some care and it's still not one to pass up!Merry Christmas!

I love Christmas and i love Disney but after having reading the book I can say from the first pages something made it not very attractive... Its a good work that shows disney christmas cards through the years, but in my opinion it lacks of warm magic. I beg your pardon for my bad writting English.
