They worked great
Some reviews said something about tabs breaking and other things like that. I didn't have any problems with these.

They do exactly what they say
Nothing more, nothing less. They seemed a bit pricey to me, but after looking at big box hardware stores, they’re actually quite reasonably priced and they are easy and intuitive to use. I don’t know about long term use, because I simply haven’t had them but for 2-3 months, but the housing is metal and they are well-constructed, so I imagine they be good fora very long time.

A bargain if you're willing to do some soldering
TL;DR - You must do some soldering to avoid intermittent shield connections through these couplers.I needed Cat6a keystone couplers to insert into a high-density patch panel. Many others I was seeing had either a larger body or a right-angle rear jack - neither of which would have fit my panel. The gold standard for shielded cat6a 10-gig rated couplers of this size are the TrippLite keystones. But they have a list price for each one of over double the cost of this 8-pack (even at the most discounted online price, 1 TrippLite costs more than 8 of these). I have some of the TrippLites, but bought them as surplus at a huge discount. So, I connected these bargain couplers to my (coincidentally, TrippLite brand) network cable tester, and wiggled the cables to see how well the connections held up. What I realized is that these are made out of 2 metal halves, and they are not truly electrically bonded. So, while all 8 pins handled internally by the coupler remained solidly connected throughout, a bit of movement (as might happen when seating the keystones or attaching cables) would cause intermittent connections of the shields at each jack.Firing up the soldering iron, I cut a short length of wire and soldered it across the gap on the side opposite the keystone clip of each one.A few minutes later and they all tested perfectly, and I had saved at least $125.Bottom line: If networking is your job and you need shielded couplers that just work (and ultimately your employer or a client will be paying), buy the TrippLite couplers. If you're footing the bill yourself, and don't mind a bit of time at the bench, these can be a real bargain if you're willing to do some soldering.

They work so long as you never attempt to move them
I bought these because I thought "Hey, they are keystones, shouldn't be any issues" and I was mostly right, until I installed a different switch and went to redo the patch cables. 2 of the keystones immediately broke from just pushing a RJ45 into them. I only had 8, but I had ordered 16 more. I would just avoid these, the durability is terrible.

Worked
I bought an eight pack and 3 were missing and two fell apart in the bag and another one broke when i tried to slide it into the wall plate..Well managed to get two working and they worked ...The plates I bought had come with cat 5 jacks in them but they did not work with a cat 7 cable....Amazon is sending me another batch but i still have to drive to kohls and send the bad ones back...Not worth the trouble...

Full gig speed connectors.
Of the 8, 7 didn't break on installation. Be careful with the clips. Otherwise they are good.

Loose Connection - Don't Buy
The ones I purchased did not work unless you apply pressure by pushing in the cable into both sides of the connector and holding it non-stop. As soon as you let go the cable slips out a little and looses contact. The cable ends easily move around within the connector and lose contact with the metal contacts inside. I was using these to connect two cables together.
