At 61 years old, I have been fighting my "lovehandles" most of my life. My daily activity is walking my dog for about 1/2 hour twice a day, weather permiting.I have been using graphs to keep me on track losing the holiday pounds that seem to be my bain - being around other peoples tempting treats. I can keep bad food out of my own house. For the last few years it has gotten harder and less succesful to reduce the persistent "love handles". With Asrai's added to the reduction routine, I am making headway on the persistent waist fat.The Chart: The top red line is weight after arising and morning eliminations in 1 pound per square. Bottom red line is love handle waist in 1/8th inch per square. The blue dots on the dark line in the middle is when I used Asari's for 60 to 80 minutes in the morning.The first half of the chart is during weight loss - about 2 months - getting back to my 150 pound goal. Used Asari's 6 days a week. The inches went down fast but it is hard to attribute it all to Asrai's. The whole body chilling effect definitely help burn some calories. Feeling cold with mild shivers would last for a few hours after the treatment since I was running a calorie deficit. I lowered the house temperature about 5 degrees to goad this along - shivering helps maintain lean muscle mass during weight loss. I lost 8 pounds and 2 inches.The second half - almost 2 months - is the tell tale as body weight stayed about 150 and I am down to the hard core persistent fat. I used Asari's daily for the first couple weeks then every other day. I have lost another 1 1/4 inches, 3/4 inch of it during the daily Asari use. Am at 33.5 inches now with another inch to go to get down to what I was a decade ago.The quest and mini reaseach project continues.Graph attached.Update June 6, 2015. About another month and 2 pounds and 1/4 inch in the waist without seriously watching what I eat - yesterday the "pigout" was a pound of smoked rib - I cheat about one a week. The daily measure and graph entries lets me separate the normal daily variations and measuring errors and see the trend. Vital fast feedback for me. Especially as I am working with the hard core fat deposits now.NOTE: This technic whether Asari's or Coolsculping of Zeilig or involves the actual killing of the fat cells. It takes 2 to 6 weeks for them to decompose and be removed by your body for measureable results. Quick non-surgical technics are usually due to compression, dehydration or dieting. This causes shrinking of the still living fat cells and are temporary. The fat cells are still there just begging to be refilled when you fall off the wagon. This is why we that have been fat regain the weight and size so easily.Killing the fat cells with freezing or vacuuming them out with Liposuction are the only way to permanently remove these fat cells. Freezing is a lot less risky and doesn't involve surgery. If you return to the poor eating and activity lifestyle after this, your body will then have grow new cells to store the fat - just like skinny people who have had no weight/size problems before - the growth will be slower.

I Just received my Asrai's Touch package. I'm sitting here with the gel packs on after freezing them for 8 hours. Here's the problem and every one interested in buying this product should understand why this will NOT work. If you look up Cold Sculpting Procedures, which Asrai is trying to say it replicates, you will understand why Asrai's Touch isn't even close to being able to "freeze" the fat cells directly under the skin, there by slowly killing them off. Asrai doesn't get anywhere cold enough to kill off any cells which is the whole medical reasoning behind Cold Sculpting. These Asrai's cold packs are no colder than my normal gel packs that I keep in the fridge to ice down my back when I overdo it. As a matter of fact my old gel packs are colder to the touch an Asrai. At best, the only logical and possible benefit from Asrai's Touch would be that the cold temporarily shrinks swollen tissue---such as normal icing down of swollen joint or back tissue. Long term results of reduced targeted fat cells is just not physically possible with Asrai's Touch.Take a look at some of the U-Tube videos on Cold Sculpting and you will understand how the actual Cold Sculpting procedure works and the science behind it. The fat cells are exposed to extreme low temps that actually 'freeze' them for at least 1 hour along with suction. The skinafter treatment is extremely reddened. My Asrai kit included a skin thermometer--so you can tell it if your skin is cold enough. Mine does not work---and yes I knew to peel the backing off before applying---so that is a joke and a half. Think about it, if simply icing down a part of the body would kill off fat cells, then skiers wouldn't have any fat on their faces would they? Asrai recommends that if the ice packs aren't cold enough then double them up. What genius thought up that bogus physics. Putting 2 gel packs together does not make them colder. 2 gel packs at equal temps=two gel packs at equal temps. DUH!I chose to believe that for some reason that Asrai had some sort of gel pack that got a whole lot colder than the normal packs you can buy in the drug store for a lot less money. I should have heeded the negative reviews as they are absolutely correct. Go buy yourself a cheap icepack and save yourself $90 and achieve the very same results.Just on the off chance that this is some sort of voodoo magic and for the benefit of others. I intend to continue to use this and report back as to any significant progress. Stay tuned for further comment. As for now, I truly believe that the 5 star reviews are very likely written byemployees of Asrai's Touch. Your kit will also include a 50 cent tape measure, and a jar of a very special 'cooling cream'---go buy BioFreeze, it does the same thing and slap on your drug store gel pack, you'll get the same results.
