First of all it took over a week to get here I needed it quick but I waited I have had this less then a month I loved the pictures and easy to remember combination but it broke fast glad I had the keys or my purse and wallet would be stuck in my day locker at work and they would cut it off and I would be SOL with my purse i ran hom fast and used the key yes it came off however key not only got stuck in it but the combination part in general wont work wont open its Jammed even after finally getting key out cheaply maid lock so very disappointed what should of mad my life easier just made more of a headache then anything

I purchased this item without having read (in the title line) that the combination could not be re-set. While it would have been nice to have further mention that the combo couldn’t be re-set, I accepted fault given this info was included in the listing.Upon attempting to return (I wanted a combination my daughter could choose herself) I learned that I could no longer return the item as the packaging had already been opened.Frustrated, I emailed the company.Their response was prompt, gracious and kind and they were more than willing to grant refund after hearing my story.Also, the lock appeared sturdy, came as pictured (including keys) and did work with the combination provided. For someone who doesn’t care to choose their own combo and likes the option of pics rather than numbers, this item would perfectly fit the bill.THANK YOU to the company for their customer service!

I took a chance on this lock despite reading other reviews that the combination did not work. Both my husband and I tried. We sent it back for a refund. So disappointing because it is such a creative lock that I thought would be easier for my 6th grader using a lock for the first time.

I wanted a lock that was different than the others and this one is cool. It was easy to learn and has been working great so far. Glad I found this one.

As described. like having 2 ways to unlock. so far it's good, bought for granddaughter locker so we will see how well it holds up over the year.

First lock didn't open with enclosed combination. Seller was prompt in responding to my communication and sending a new lock. Second lock worked, but at first you needed to push in the dial when you stopped at each of the combination characters. After a few times opening the lock, it was no longer necessary to do this. Seems comparable quality to a basic school locker lock, but the keyed feature is great and not often found on locks of this type. Overall, would buy again.

There is no instructions on how to reset the code. I wish it was included. Its annoying to have to research something that is basic instructions.

I love this lock! I used it as part of am escape room and it was nice to have a variety of different types of combinations. The combo worked first time. Tested the key in the back and it was a little stiff but sure if i used it a lot it would be a littleless stiff. Overall fun design, easy to use and seems sturdy enough. Lasted through test pulls while the kids figured out what order the symbols went in. 😉
