So happy with the functions provided in the lock, which are operable with manual keys, RFID tags, OTP, fingerprint and with pin. Looks pretty good.

As with the earlier review, batteries are now failing within a few days itself and failure to change when the lock sounds ‘low power’ will lock you out. Strange part is the company is non existent. Does not respond to calls or texts and their support email is inactive. Amazon needs to check these.

This is a review after using this for about a week. The look seems to be well build and sturdy. You can expect the same quality as with any generic tuya firmware product. All the advertised features also work. There is no installation service but I was able to get in touch with the customer care of mars life to tackle a problem when I made the installation. They were helpful and even advised me through WhatsApp video call.But I found two problem with my smart lock, one which makes me scared of being locked out accidently. The thing is that if you flip the switch(administrative entry) on the rear side of the door lock when the door is in unlocked condition(green light blinking just after unlocking), the lock becomes completely unresponsive. The only way I was able to make the lock work is by removing a battery and installing it again. There is a chance that you could get locked out. I thought this was a problem with my lock and so got a replacement but it also had the same issue.Secondly the smart life app is very annoying with notifications. There is a very few setting to control the notification of devices. You cannot limit notification for certain events like security alert or so. This means if the notification is on, it will warn you every time the door is locked and unlocked which is unwanted. If you turn of this, the the other alert notification for the entire app is also turned off.

There is a scanner on the box for free installation but their website doesn't openIf there is no website and there contact us no keeps ringingthen how can we expect any after sales service would like to return the product

The price of the lock is way less compared to its competitors and provides more functionalities then them. It was very easy to setup and the demo video helped a lot in the setup process. Would definitely recommend to people who are looking for a digital door lock solution.

The media could not be loaded. Product is good at the price range, not that bad, but batteries dead in every 5 to 6 days. Even I tried with alkaline batteries, then also result same.
