Good product for decent amount, Mostly usefull for chest and shoulder workouts.Giving the 4 star because of the handle of this product got me defective with some burns.

Nice product and wort my money as it helyme to leave up my push ups and the main thing is the paint is not coming off easily which is a đź‘Ť. It really hits the muscle if the push up is done in the right way. Overall a good and worthy product.
