been using it for 5+ years, keeps my BP in check
I used to be able to buy this product from Indian grocery stores. It was readily available but in last 12 months it has become harder and harder to find in Indian stores. Don't know the reason. Perhaps it is too popular or some other reason. You have to use to long term and consistently to get off BP medicine. I was able to do that. Since it was hard to find this product in stores, I skipped for 3-4 months and my BP shot up again from normal to 150/100 range. I am back on medicine AND on this product. My hope is that gradually I can get off of the medicine and stay regular on this product. It did work for me that way over the last 5 years. I also hope this product becomes available in Indian stores so don't have to pay shipping charges. Good product and I recommend it.
