Keeping my teeth aligned
I’m pleased with this item. I have been worried because I breathe through my mouth at night and so Ialso purchased some nasal dilator vents to make breathing easier. My mouth becomes very dry and the lack of saliva must affect my gums and eventually the stability of my teeth. This item is made in one piece so it helps to keep the upper and lower jaws aligned. My teeth are overcrowded and I have to be very committed to keeping them clean and healthy. I think this is something extra I can use to help me to keep my teeth aligned. A dentist would probably need to make a custom fit one that would help to re-align my teeth but in the meantime I’m happy that this is supporting me in keeping my mouth healthy.
