We use this to hold our outdoor projector screen on movie night and it's perfect! I always use the sandbags just in case but I think we'd be okay without as long as a stiff wind didn't roll through. Easy setup and tear down, and the storage bag keeps everything together. Not too heavy for the kids to help with, but heavy enough that it doesn't blow over if you sneeze.

I should have purchased this years ago. Purchased this for a photo backdrop for a school event. Ended up using it at a spring dance for a backdrop a couple weeks before the event I purchased it for. I expect to use this often. Easy to set up and tear down. Organized and labeled so when others help you, you still know what’s going on. Compact when folded down into its bag and strong and durable (even in wind) when it’s in use.

This is a fantastic stand. It has many different size possibilities. The poles are lightweight but the stands are very sturdy. It has a very functional look that is easy to cover with whatever backdrop you are using. I used it for a birthday party and it looked really good.

The price is right. We purchased this for our school store. We have cloth hanging from it that both advertises our store but also hides the store when it's not open.The part that is somewhat annoying is when we want to change the size. We honestly just try not to adjust the size so we don't have to deal with it. It's hard to explain but I'll try: all the pieces screw together so if you want to shorten the length you have to disassemble one side then unscrew the rod you don't want to use, then screw the side back one. It's not difficult, it's just awkward because you're trying to hold up the bar to unscrew one rod and it's just easier with an extra set of hands. It would be nicer if it were telescoping but I don't know if that would affect the quality.It's not the most durable but it does its job. We just wouldn't be able to put anything heavy one it while we have it fully extended.
