The utility knife box cutter is an amazing practical tool with countless use, such as cutting boxes or tapes, removing paint-covered screws, cutting foam, sharpening pencils, slicing old carpet, carving wood, removing grout, cutting drywall, etc. The following are safety precautions to keep in mind when using box cutter:1.Wear cut resistant gloves and sleeves(at least Level 3)to protect your hands and arms. 2.Hand a utility knife to a co-worker with the handle first. 3.Ensure the blades are properly positioned in the handle before use. In use, the blade change/ locking mechanism make for a grip that is both comfortable and secure. The folding mechanism makes sure that there's no accidental opening. And no worries that the blade sometimes falls out when in use.Meanwhile, 10 more extra blades are provided for the replacement. The portable pocket knife is made with grey aluminum alloys handle and stainless steel, which is durable, lightweight, and feels great in the hand.

THIS MAY BE THE PERFECT UTILITY KNIFE!!!
I received this knife in two days (on a Sunday even). This is a high quality, well designed, all metal tool. It is very solid and compact, perfect size to fit in your pocket. The quick release blade feature is one of the simplest, designs I have ever seen on a utility knife, the blade WILL NOT FALL OUT ACCIDENTALLY! This might be the most perfect utility knife I have ever owned and I have owned dozens. The only complaint I could see anyone having about this knife, is someone with big hands might find it a little small for their tastes. This thing is a bargain at under $10. I would definitely buy this again if I ever lose it. I don't think I will have to worry about damaging it because it is built like a tank. Excellent product! I may buy a couple more so I can always have one handy.

Better then the original Superknife
The original Superknife was a popular EDC utility knife that required removing a tiny screw to change blades. Then Gerber bought the rights to the Superknife and added a quick blade release button on the left of the spine, right where you place your thumb causing accidental blade release. This knife looks just like the original Superknife, and now Gerber Superknife, but with improvements. First, the blade release is a spring tab which you pull up to change blades and therefore eliminating the accidental blade release during use. The screws on the scales are flat, not button heads. Another great improvement is that the one-handed open button and unlock tab are ribbed. For the price and free blades, this is one SUPER deal of a knife.

Stocking stuffers
Bought ten or so of these for stocking stuffers. No one's broken one yet or had a single complaint. Excellent product.

Favorite utility knife
Nice slim design. I cut toms of random stuff all the time. Love the utility blade knives. This one has a good feel and is way less bulky then most.

Convenient box opener
I had a knife like this so I thought I’d try to buy another one to replace it. This one is good but not quite as good as the one that it replaces although the design is exactly the same.

Ordered a second one
Slim enough to not make it hard to still use your pocket...unlike many lock blade razor knives. Great quality for the price.

Love the design however the tiny screws that hold the knife togeather tend loosen and disappear
The knife becomes un-usable when screws that hold it togeather are lost . I have purchase 4 of these. The tiny screws that hold it togeather have been lost from 2 of them . They are so small that they are lost and gone before you know they are loose. The most recent purchases came apart after only a few days use.Are replacement screws available ?

All around good quality.
Great little knife for the price. It has a quick release in the top in a place that can't get caught easily on things and knock the blade out. It is all metal and very durable. The knife is thinner to take up less space in the pocket. Will buy again! It is better than my more expensive Milwaukee folding knife.
