Company made it right as it was damaged via transit but they reached out and apologized and offered to make it right which they did. The desk is super efficient and saves great deal of space. Its not perfect but for the price it is. You have to work with it but it turned out great. I substituted the anchors they provided with a few metal ones as my walls are concrete. So far extremely stable my monitor weights roughly 14.5lbs and its on the edge

We will be able to use this because we are handy and have nice tools and knowledge of how to add our own support, but like others have said, it's very hard if you don't. It's just not made to support itself well, either in the included hardware or in how it's made in the first place. I'd look for another option with better reviews.

The manufacturer could have made it so much easier to install, but they chose not to, or they never attempted to install one themselves to find out if there is a better design. Lining up the supports in the proper location was obnoxiously hard given the lack of proper dimensions to measure drill holes. It definitely requires two people: one to hold the table level while the other person tries to line up the support arms and drill holes while ducking below the table. I do not recommend this product based on this. Once installed, it works well and feels sturdy.

The company reached out apologized and ensured the issue would be corrected at factory. Appreciate how they take care of their customers. The pre-assembled joints are not leveled. Made installing it very difficult.
