Doesn't taste like Tom Yum! But it's not bad at all.

I tried it different ways, my favorite way was to marinate chicken boneless thighs for few hours with this paste and a little bit of oil. fry it for 20-25min. add chillis and onions. add 2tbl spoons of fish sauce mixed with 2tbl spoons of sugar. Mix and cook for another 3 min. Done! It's Vietnamese Lemongrass chicken) So easy! I served it with rice. It was delicious! I recommend!

We found the red curry in CA. When we moved back to MA we didn’t find anything that could compare - so we ordered the red and the green. The green might be our favorite - flavorful, spicy and vegan. Perfect.

I'm not sure if the yellow curry is supposed to be like that but in Thailand it wasn't and the Mae ploy brand isn't either. It's more red curry than yellow. Too spicy for my liking. The Mae ploy brand is less spicy more fragrant.

I usually use this paste to season meats. But decided to try a recipe idea I saw on their IG account and it turned out great! (They post lots of recipes for creative ways to use their products.) This one was a non-spicy vegetable curry using whatever I could find in my fridge. Too easy.

Love it! Works great in stir-fries and soups. None of that icky aftertaste you get from dubious additives. Spice level is very friendly.

This product is pretty good for Green Curry Chicken.
