Noise reducing earplugs 🔝
⚠️Attention⚠️These are not noise cancelling earplugs! They are noise reducing earplugs. So if you’re on a plane, it’s not overwhelmingly loud, but you can still chat to a person next to you (well, you will be able to talk to them when COVID ends. Unless you’re like travelling with them. But you shouldn’t be. Because we’re in a pandemic.). These earplugs come in a metal box, and they come in two sizes - I prefer the bigger ones. They are amazing for people who often experience sensory overload and often get overwhelmed because they reduce the noise but don’t completely cancel it. So you can still go for a walk and not be hit by a car or something. I think they are a great quality for the price. Also, if inserted properly, they are not really visible, so you won’t get weird stares or questions or people not respecting the social distance. Anyways. I really like them.

Extremely disappointed and I mean EXTREMELY!
I bought these ear plugs as I have very sensitive hearing and wanted to block out 'nuisance neighbours' and wanted to get some sleep. They are described as Noise Cancelling(see their description and photos!) and have an SNR of 40+! I thought fantastic. And ideal for side sleepers with small ear holes. Another plus.In actual fact, they block out NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING. I have used foam all makes, other silicone and another very well known leading brand but I wanted a change as I had to keep replacing them. However that brand DID WORK and cut out the loudness. This brand, has left my ears throbbing! You cannot lie on your side unless you can balance your head on thin air. They are totally uncomfortable and poor quality. I now know what my neighbours are having for dinner this evening.Further ado the cost of these is ridiculous. I would of been able to purchase 2 pairs of well known brand. I slowly removed these only to find a piece of my skin stuck to it. I feel really let down by this company, the cost, the pain and with the item NOT being as described. They are NOT noise cancelling one bit. I do not like to leave bad reviews but on this occasion I will.PLEASE, do not waste your money. You will only be left £22 short and not happy. This review relates to the BLACK pair ONLY!So, thank you PUAroom for leaving me in pain and monies lighter. I actually fell for your description and purchasing a pair of fresh air plugs.

I don't want to give them a bad review as I suspect it's more my ear than the product however this makes almost no difference to the noise levels. Both sizes do not fit to my ear which is certainly he reason why this product doesn't work for me. The product may work fantastically but be aware there is a chance they simply won't fit into your ear well enough to be effective. The little case it comes with is nice for storage too.

Decent product, not worth £25 though
Products is decent. The trick is to wet the ear plug before you insert it so it goes into your ear, when the moisture drys the silicone sticks to your ear. Need to insert it in the right direction tooBlock out a good amount of noise. The product is never £25 worth. £15 at a push.

Insert them properly, and they are wonderful
These work great!! They are amazing! My neighbours would often play loud club music past midnight in my dormitory, and the sound proofing wasn't the best. Doors slamming, screaming... annoyingly loud footsteps... bird chriping in the early mornings etc.The earplugs cancel out all these noises, but I can still hear my alarm (close distance noise) in the mornings which is great!I first thought they were useless but soon realised I didn't insert them properly. Once I did, it worked wonders. You have to press them pretty deep in the ear canal. And once they stay put, you would hardly hear any noise that are at a reasonably far distance. (3-4 meters away for me)

Great for autistic people w/ sensory issues while working.
Comfortable and able to still hear faintly enough to use while working in a noisy cafe. Use them as I have autism and when it gets really busy, noisy or screaming children are in when I’m at work. Able to work without having a meltdown.

Genuine silicone?
They take a bit of fiddling to get in place, but once they're in they stay put and block out noise. I'm a shift worker and they're so far the best I've used. BUT... I have a latex allergy and I'm a bit suspicious that these are not 100% silicone or have some degree of latex in them. I've tried wearing them but can't for more than 15-20 mins as my ear canal starts burning, itching and becomes very inflammed. I'm gutted because they really do work to block out sound.
